Black Tourmaline Anklet Black Tourmaline is a purifying stone that deflects and transforms negative energy, and thus is very protective. The Evil eye bead, a traditional Anatolian bead, is known to ward off evil or bad luck.

  • All Bracelets and Anklets are Made to Order.
  • Resizing of Bracelets and Anklets will be charged extra.

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

Returns:

  • Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and packed in original packing.
  • Please measure the wrist and ankle properly as resizing them will not be possible.
  • Return shipping will be borne by the customer.

    • COD orders: We will issue you store credit for the amount that can be redeemed while shopping at our website.

    Refund Policy

    -Products bought from the ‘Sale/Offer' Period are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

    -All other products bought on the website are eligible for either a size exchange, style change, or store credit.

    -Additional cost of Rs.100 to be charged for . Resizing the products

    -Refunds are processed only in the form of ‘Store Credit’.

    -Monetary refunds (Cash or Bank transfer) are not provided by the brand.

    -A product is eligible for return or exchange for  5 days from the date of delivery. Exchange or return requests will not be accepted after this duration.

    -"Shipping Cost" to be borne by the customer for the product exchanges due to change in size, style.

    Product Guideline

    For any return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be shipped back in original packaging, along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the product.

    The returned product will be thoroughly checked. Any used product or products received without packaging will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and will NOT be eligible for any return or exchange

    Product Exchange

    For all product exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer once the previous product has been received and approved by the quality team

    Product Refund

    Brand will ensure a monetary refund only in select cases like:

    1.     The product sent is faulty or damaged.
    2.     The replacement (size, or any other style) product is not available.

    Monetary refunds will not be provided for any other scenario. 

    For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original source. For COD orders, refunds will be processed in the bank account of your choice or UPI.

    Refunds may take up to 5-7 days.

    Cancellation Policy

    For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this time period will not be considered canceled and the amount will not be refunded.

    Will I get a certification for the crystals?

    Certifications are not available.

    How do crystals help and heal?

    Holding crystals, wearing them or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. They are known to positively interact with your body's energy field or chakras.

    How long will my order take to reach?

    All orders take 7-10 working days for delivery.

    Do you offer COD?

    We do not offer cash on delivery yet.

    What is your return policy?

    If a product purchased is defective or not to the buyer's satisfaction, the buyer can return the product in its original condition within 7 days, from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and packed in the original packing. Items will be inspected before processing the refund. The responsibility and charges for shipping of the said product will be borne by the customer. In such an event, the Company shall provide Buyer a credit for other purchases from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred).

    I have received a damaged parcel/ product. What do I do?

    We ensure all the products leaving our workshop are packed carefully and with utmost care. In case, the products get damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the products on . Our team will then investigate and get back to you within 36-72 hours and either dispatch a new package or issue a credit note, based on the situation. Complaints made after 24 hours of date delivery, will not be accepted.

    I got the wrong products. What do I do?

    While we try to be very careful while packing all orders, in case you received the wrong products, please send us an email on sdholistichealing1@gmail.com and someone from the team will help solve the problem.

    How can I cancel my order?

    An order once placed cannot be cancelled. If for any reason, you'd like to request a credit note for your order, it can be done if the order has not been dispatched from our kitchen. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
